Return Policy
Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Products with non-returnable marks and free gifts are ineligible for return.

Ensure proper returns requests are submitted before sending back items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-Kazoee products. Note: Original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address:
Contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address. Please do not use the address on your package, as it is not our return address and may affect the return processing.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. A full refund will be issued for canceled orders. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns (if applicable):
Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged.
For products with size issues, exchange services are available, and customers only need to pay the corresponding exchange fees.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, an email notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Contact the card-issuing bank for credit posting inquiries.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
